About Our Scoops

What’s inside a scoop

Each scoop includes 10-15 mystery items based on what you draw — stationery, accessories, beauty items, mini cuties ect.

Are the items pre-picked?

Nope! Everything is pulled fresh from the bowl. Your scoop determines the final box.

Are the Kids Scoops safe for children?

Yes! Kids scoops contain fun, age-appropriate items. Small pieces may be included, so supervision is recommended for younger children.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship anywhere in South Africa via Pudo Locker-to-Door.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping takes 2–4 business days once your order is dispatched.

What happens if I order a scoop that’s on backorder?

If a scoop is on backorder at the time you place your order, it will only be shipped once we restock. We’ll email you as soon as the new stock arrives, and your order will be processed automatically.

(No action needed from your side!)

How much is shipping?

A flat R75 nationwide.

PLEASE NOTE: Because Kids Scoops and Classic Scoops are dispatched from separate locations, shipping fees will be calculated individually for each type of scoop at checkout.

Free delivery applies to orders containing 3+ scoops from the same location.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your parcel is severely delayed, we’ll give you 10% off your next order.

Can I request a theme or colour?

Yes — while it’s still a mystery, you’re welcome to mention the recipient, favourite colours, or general preferences.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is officially marked lost by the courier, we’ll either:

Replace your order for free, OR Refund you in full (your choice)
